You may submit your ad on CD-ROM or DVD disk (to the address below), or send it via email. If you choose to email it, you may wish to zip your file to assure it is not corrupted in the transfer. In either case we urge you to print your ad out first and troubleshoot before sending it. The preferred formats are Adobe Illustrator format (version 10.0 and up), or a pdf file. Whichever format you choose, ALL FONTS MUST BE OUTLINED OR EMBEDDED. All photo and image scans must be at least 300 dpi at 100% scale as they appear in your ad layout. When submitting on a disc, also include a print-out of the ad in case of viruses or other disk problems.

While our print catalog remains black-and-white, we do now also post it online, for viewing in an e-reader or for download. In its digital incarnation/illumination, all book images and ads are color (as in Oz). So we invite you to send both a grayscale and a color version of your ad.
