Alan Bernheimer’s The Spoonlight Institute was
published this fall by Adventures in Poetry. He has lived in the Bay Area for
over 30 years, and serves on the board of SPD. Earlier books include Billionesque
(The Figures 1999), State Lounge (Tuumba, 1981), and Café Isotope (The
Figures, 1980). Cloud Eight (Sound & Language, 1999) features
collaborations written over 25 years with Kit Robinson.

Andrew Joron’s latest poetry collection is The Sound Mirror, published by Flood
Editions in 2008. The Cry at Zero, a
selection of his prose poems and critical essays, was published by Counterpath
Press in 2007. City Lights will publish his Trance
Archive: New and Selected Poems in 2010. Joron’s critical study of American
surrealist poetry, Neo-surrealism; or,
the Sun at Night will be reissued by Kolourmeim Press in 2010. Joron is
also the translator, from the German, of the Marxist-Utopian philosopher Ernst
Bloch’s Literary Essays (Stanford
University Press, 1998).

Nicole Mauro's first full-length collection, The Contortions, is just out from Dusie
Press. Tax-Dollar Super-Sonnet, Featuring
Sarah Palin as Poet is due out from Black Radish Books in December, 2010.
She teaches writing at The University of San Francisco, and lives in Millbrae
with her husband, Patrick, and daughters Nina and Faye.

Lindsey Boldt is a living and working poet in San Francisco.
She is the author of the chapbook, Oh
My, Hell Yes, assistant editor for The Post-Apollo Press and a leader of
packs of children.
