Amerasia Journal is the national interdisciplinary journal of independent scholarship, criticism, and literature on Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders, and transcultural societies. Published in 2007, this is Amerasia Journal's 33rd volume and features guest editors, Henry Yu and Guy Beauregard. The journal is broken up into the following sections: An introduction by the guest editors, Passages, Transnations, Inscryptions, and book reviews. The 2007 Amerasia Journal offers topics ranging from teaching Asian Canada and transforming public spaces through community-engaged art to poetry by Rita Wong and Hiromi Goto. With members of its editorial board across the nation, Amerasia Journal is incredibly diverse in its material and interpretations. The journal is published by the Asian American Studies Center Press located at the University of California, Los Angeles.
