The collection contains commentary on the writings of those included, or poets writing commentary either as poem or essay on their own work; there are essays by Robert Grenier, Nathaniel Mackey, Lyn Hejiinian, Michael Palmer, Alan Davies, Charles Bernstein, and Abigail Child.
