Anthony Julian Tamburri is Dean of the John D. Calandra Italian American Institute of Queens College/CUNY and Professor of Italian and Italian/American Studies. Over the span of his career, he has written over eighty journal articles and book chapters. He has written nine books, including, most recently, RE-VIEWING ITALIAN AMERICANA: GENERALITIES AND SPECIFICITIES ON CINEMA (Bordighera Press, 2011).
