Poetry. In DANCING BEARS, each line draws the reader forward to the next. Ms. Fabiane's complex images are both whimsical and haunting. DANCING BEARS leaves the reader longing for a time when the rigidity of the day-to-day grind was not so ever-present. The poems in this collection range from sensual to tragic to vaguely whimsical while leading the reader down a twisting path marked with a bit of the macabre.
