Green Ink Wings is a multi-genre work that combines poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and drama to create a multifaceted portrait of a world at war. Sherre Myers is a freelance writer and an educator. She earned her master's degree at California State University, San Marcos. She is currently studying literature at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her work has appeared in such magazines as Oyez Review, Tapestries, New Writing, and Perigee. Green Ink Wings is a limited edition chapbook.

She has received recognition for her writing from Bright Hill Press (Honorable Mention); the CPU Creative Writing Conference (Second Place); and Vermont Studio Center (Writer's Grant). Myers is currently studying literature at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and working on a creative nonfiction collection memorializing the life and death of her brother, Christopher Sellers.
