Wood was born and raised in Philadelphia and has lived in Montpelier, Boston, and Tucson. He now lives in Tuscaloosa Alabama where he and his wife, Amy, teach English at the University of Alabama. His poems have appeared in such publications as 32 Poems, Beloit Poetry Journal, Gulf Coast, Indiana Review, Prairie Schooner, and West Branch.
