Phillip Foss is the author of thirteen previous books and chapbooks of poetry, including, most recently, three published by Singing Horse Press: THE WORLD'S DESCRIPTION: NEW AND SELECTED POEMS (2014), THE VALLEY OF CRANES (2010), and IMPERFECT POVERTY (2006). He lives with his wife, Joyce Begay-Foss, in northern New Mexico.
