Brenda Sieczkowski's poems and lyric essays have appeared widely in print and on-line journals, including The Colorado Review, Versal, The New England Review, Poetry Daily, Diagram, The Florida Review, Gulf Coast, Poet Lore, Dusie, Sidebrow, and Subtropics among others. Her chapbook, Wonder Girl in Monster Land, was published in 2012 by dancing girl press. LIKE OYSTERS OBSERVING THE SUN (Black Lawrence Press, 2014) is her first full-length collection. Currently, she lives, works, and writes in Omaha, Nebraska.
