Author: Elizabeth Searle

Elizabeth Searle is the author of five books of fiction, most recently WE GOT HIM (New Rivers Press, 2016) and is the librettist of Tonya & Nancy: The Rock Opera, which has drawn major media coverage. Her previous books are: GIRL HELD IN HOME (New Rivers Press, 2011), Celebrities in Disgrace, a finalist for the Paterson Fiction Prize; A Four–Sided Bed, a novel nominated for an American Library Association Book Award; and My Body to You, a story collection that won the Iowa Short Fiction Prize. A Four–Sided Bed is now in development as a feature film. Her Tonya & Nancy: The Rock Opera had a sold–out extended run at the New York Musical Festival in NYC in 2015. Elizabeth lives with her husband and son in Arlington, MA.
