Amina Gautier is a winner of the Flannery O'Connor Award for Short Fiction for her debut story collection At-Risk and a winner of the Prairie Schooner Book Prize in Fiction for her sophomore collection Now We Will Be Happy. Her work has appeared in numerous literary journals, including Agni, Callaloo, Glimmer Train, Iowa Review, Kenyon Review, Prairie Schooner, Southern Review, and StoryQuarterly. Her third collection, THE LOSS OF ALL LOST THINGS, winner of the Elixir Prize, has won a Florida Authors and Publishers Association Award, a Royal Palm Literary Award and the Chicago Public Library's 21st Century Award.
