Terence Gallagher lives in Queens, New York, where he grew up and to where he keeps returning. He studied Classics, with a sideline in bagpiping, in Massachusetts, and Medieval history in Toronto, and spent a dozen years or so as an academic librarian, mostly in Florida. He is the author of THE FOREST PERILOUS (Livingston Press, 2021) and LOWLANDS (Livingston Press, 2017).
