A Pushcart honoree, with a personal essay in Pushcart Prize XLII, David Meischen (Albuquerque, NM) is the author of Anyone's Son, winner of the John A. Robertson Award for Best First Book of Poetry from the Texas Institute of Letters. Nopalito: Stories is forthcoming from the University of New Mexico Press. David and husband Scott Wiggerman founded Dos Gatos Press in 2004. Residents of Austin, Texas for decades, they are happy residents of the desert Southwest.

A member of the Texas Institute of Letters, Scott Wiggerman (Albuquerque, NM) is the author of three books of poetry -Leaf and Beak: Sonnets, Presence, and Vegetables and Other Relationships. Scott co- edited several Dos Gatos Press publications, including WINGBEATS I & II: EXERCISES & PRACTICE IN POETRY and 22 POEMS AND A PRAYER FOR EL PASO, winner of a New Mexico-Arizona Book Award.
