Author: Reinhard Knodt

Reinhard Knodt, is an author and philosopher. In Bavaria, where he worked for many years as a radio author and university assistant professor, in 2007 he received the Friedrich Baur Prize of the Bavarian Academy for his literary and essayistic work. He was the author in residence for the City of Abenberg and periodically filled in for Hannes Böhringer, the department chair of art philosophy in Kassel. Reinhard Knodt currently lives in Berlin, where he accepted teaching assignments at the UDK until 2013 and periodically works in Röthenbach, where he oversees an interdisciplinary 'Künstlerhaus.' Many essays on fine art, literature, and architecture.
