Judi Salsburg Taylor holds undergraduate degrees in Horticulture and English, and graduate degrees in English and Post-secondary Reading and Adult Learning. As Professor of ESOL/Transitional Studies at Monroe Community College in Rochester, New York, she engages in academic research, teaches in developmental education and post-secondary literacy, and mentors faculty. She has presented widely and published on her practice and advocacy of meaningful pedagogy for college students. Her poems have appeared in various publications. She lives in Honeoye, New York, with her family.
