“This is a bilingual (Korean-English) poetry collection, a dual-language edition, translated into English by. Rachel Lee & Monica Choi. In any case, poet Yoon Soo was a successful scientist who became a Ph.D. in physics in the United States. He was awarded the National Medal of Merit “Peony” for his contribution to the early development of semiconductor technology in Korea. After his retirement, he dived into the world of poetry, mastered all the techniques, and poured his passion into creating poetry in his old age. The lyric poems he created are amazing because they symbolize the beauty of nature with the theme of enlightenment of life and show the poetic world of emotionally moving lyric.” —Yoon-Ho Cho
