Marcus Pactor's first collection of stories, VS. DEATH NOISES (Subito Press, 2012), won the 2011 Subito Press Prize for Fiction. His work has recently appeared or is forthcoming in 3:AM Magazine, Pithead Chapel, Harsh, and Juked. He lives and works in Jacksonville, Florida.
