M.L. Brown is also the author of Drought, winner of the Claudia Emerson Chapbook Award. Her work has appeared in Prairie Schooner, Valparaiso Poetry Review, Tinderbox, among other journals and anthologies. She holds an MFA in Poetry from Antioch University Los Angeles and lives in Santa Barbara, CA.
