Dan De Vries is the author of THAT TREEPLANTING STORY (IF SF Publishing, 2019), PAST & PRESENTLY, POEMS (IF SF Publishing, 2014), Trees for Tomorrow, Blasphemous Rumors, and Piggery. De Vries was born in Grand Rapids, MI, and has lived in San Francisco since 1991. Before then, he lived in Denver, Laramie, Vancouver, Ann Arbor, and, periodically, up and down the San Francisco peninsula. He completed grad school in Wyoming and at the University of Michigan.
