Poetry. California Interest. THING MUSIC performs intertwinings both painful and pleasurable: intertwinings of perceiving bodies with their perceptual worlds, of persons with other persons, and of the I and the You. Marked in direct and indirect ways by the Occupy movement, these poems model a kind of porous personhood, with bodies and persons traversed by light, noise, violence, culture, and words.
