Micah Ballard is the author of a dozen books of poetry, including NEGATIVE CAPABILITY IN THE VERSE OF JOHN WIENERS (Bootstrap Press, 2017, and Auguste Press, 2001), AFTERLIVES (Bootstrap Press, 2016), Vesper Chimes (Gas Meter, 2014), WAIFS AND STRAYS (City Lights Publishers, 2011), PARISH KREWES (Bootstrap Press, 2009), and Evangeline Downs (Ugly Duckling Presse, 2006). He lives in San Francisco and with poet Sunnylyn Thibodeaux is co-editor of Auguste Press and Lew Gallery Editions.
